We may disclose your personal information to:
- our team in the Philippines, where relevant to delivering or administering our services;

Information we handle for our clients
When a business engages Coverleo, our team members work inside that client's own systems. Personal information in those systems stays under the client's control, and we handle it only on the client's behalf, under our services agreement with the client. That agreement limits its use to the client's work, keeps it inside the client's systems, and requires us to tell the client about any security incident within 48 hours. If one of our clients holds your information, please contact that client first about how it is handled.
Cookies and fonts
Our website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. You can set your browser to block third-party content, though the site may then display differently.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
