Website Terms of Use
These Website Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Coverleo website (Site). The Site is operated by Coverleo Pty Ltd (ABN 88 698 102 797) (Coverleo, we, us, our). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site explains how Coverleo provides dedicated Philippines-based back-office support to Australian businesses. Its content, including role descriptions, the pricing calculator, guides and reports, is general information only.
The Site is designed for business use. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, migration or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Get your own professional advice before making decisions.
Our support staff prepare and support back-office work. Final decisions, approvals, sign-off, compliance and professional judgement stay with you and your own advisers.
Prices, estimates and examples
Figures on the Site are indicative estimates only. This includes pricing calculator results, salary benchmarks, cost comparisons and savings. They rely on assumptions and third party benchmark data, which can change. They are not a quote, and they are not a promise of any cost or saving. Your actual pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.
Role descriptions, sample workflows and examples show the kind of work we support. They do not mean that a particular person, skill set or start date is available.
Our services are covered by a separate agreement
The Site is not an offer to supply services. We supply services only under a written agreement signed by you and us. If anything on the Site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Information you send us
When you send us an enquiry, complete a form or book a call, please:
- give accurate information;
- only share information about other people that you are allowed to share; and
- avoid sending sensitive or confidential material through Site forms, such as client records or identity documents. If we need documents from you, we will arrange a suitable way to share them.
Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement or commit either of us to anything. We handle the personal information you send in line with our Privacy Policy.
Offers
From time to time we make offers through the Site, such as the Free Offshore Opportunity Review. Each offer is no-obligation and is subject to availability and to the details on its own page. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time, but a change will not affect a booking we have already confirmed.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy or collect Site content;
- republish or resell Site content, except as these Terms allow;
- upload or send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or malicious, such as malware; or
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Coverleo name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Coverleo and is protected by law. You may view, download and print Site content for your own internal business use, and you may link to the Site. Otherwise, you must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute it without our written permission.
Third party links and services
The Site may link to third party websites and use third party services. We provide these for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available, accurate and secure, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may update, change or remove content, or suspend the Site, at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the Site and are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the extent the law allows.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, including the details you send through the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated, and changes apply from that date. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated Terms apply.
General
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
